We recently published a fresh trailer for Concrete Genie. This is the story of a boy named Ash who brings a deserted seaside town back to life with the power of his art. Along with the video, two modes for PlayStation VR were announced, which will be available at the release of the game.

The idea to bring Concrete Genie into virtual reality came from SIE San Mateo art director Dave Smith. He saw the PixelOpus project and realized that it would fit perfectly into the technology. In the first mode (adventure) for PlayStation VR, a spirit named Speck will guide you through the city of Denska, where there is a certain ominous lighthouse. Your task: to release the mysterious power of your living colors and use them to bring back bright colors.

The second mode (free drawing) was born because of the desire of the developers to simply walk through all the corners of Denska and paint them. In one of the four areas of the city, you can paint anything, as well as experiment with paints and brushes collected during the Concrete Genie storyline. The free drawing mode will only be available after completing the adventure mode.
