Papers, Please-like game Not Tonight will soon be ported to Nintendo Switch

Developers from the PanicBarn studio and the publishing house No More Robots announced that Not Tonight will be ported to the Nintendo Switch by the end of the year. The game, similar to Papers, Please in gameplay, will receive the subtitle Take Back Control Edition on the new platform.

The setting of the project was an alternative Great Britain, in which Brexit has already occurred and representatives of the far right have come to power. The main character works as a bouncer in various establishments, while trying to make a choice between hoping for a bright future and joining the resistance forces ready to fight back against the regime.

The character will have to stand in front of the doors of bars, clubs and entertainment complexes, checking the identification cards of visitors. As the plot progresses, more and more conditions will appear: either residents of certain countries cannot be allowed in, or it is necessary to check the list of invitees and send the rest to hell. But you still need to check everyone’s birth dates - minors are almost not allowed anywhere. The better you work, the better the rewards for your shift will be.
