The latest Battlefield V content update adds two new maps, but one of them is old

EA DICE Community Manager Adam Freeman in my microblog announced the release of a major content patch for Battlefield V, which will become for the military shooter last.

The update is already available on all target platforms. The patch really turned out to be quite large, more than 8 GB: PC (9,75 GB), PlayStation 4 (9 GB), Xbox One (8,8 GB).

As for the content of the summer patch, firstly, it adds two maps to the game: the exclusively infantry "Camp El Marge" and the redesigned and expanded "Provence".

Secondly, with the release of the patch, Battlefield V was replenished with an additional fourteen American soldiers and two Japanese, as well as six vehicles (five for the USA, one more for Germany).

Thirdly, the developers added nine types of weapons to Battlefield V (six for various classes, three more for all), five devices (for various classes) and three grenades (for all classes).

In addition, the authors have made changes to existing maps, corrected the work of some types of equipment and vehicles. The full list of changes is available on the official Battlefield website.

Battlefield V was released in November 2018 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Thus, the content support of the shooter lasted 18 months - the players have already managed to get indignant.
