Devolver Digital has announced that Dodge Roll will release the latest update to Enter the Gungeon roguelike, A Farewell to Arms, on April 5th.
For the first time in any expansion, A Farewell to Arms will feature two new playable characters: The Paradox and The Gunslinger. In addition, Enter the Gungeon will feature dozens of new weapons and items, as well as a secret floor with a tricky boss and a community-inspired Rainbow Mode. Along with this, players are in for additional features and fixes that will help players feel more powerful more often.
Recall that Enter the Gungeon was released on PC and PlayStation 4 in April 2016. A year later, the game went on sale for the Xbox One, and in December 2017, on the Nintendo Switch. Two free extensions were released for the project, and Enter the Gungeon itself sold about 2,5 million copies.
