Post-apocalypse, Slavic myths and Nazis of the future in a new adventure Paradise Lost

Publisher All in! Games and PolyAmorous studio have released the official cinematic teaser and the first screenshots of the new Paradise Lost project. This is a first-person adventure game that will be released on PC later this year.

Post-apocalypse, Slavic myths and Nazis of the future in a new adventure Paradise Lost

Paradise Lost takes on the role of a 12-year-old kid who finds a mysterious Nazi bunker while roaming the post-nuclear wasteland. Players will explore a vast underground world that combines unusual, cutting-edge technology with Slavic folklore and myths. Exploring the past and acting in it, the main character will influence the present and the events taking place around him.

The project promises a unique look at the post-apocalyptic genre: the plot is characterized by a combination of technology and Slavic-pagan aesthetics against the backdrop of deep human emotions.

In the above video, against the backdrop of a demonstration of nuclear winter and destruction, a voice-over says:

β€œWe can no longer be silent. Although the government is still postponing an official announcement, this needs to be made clear. The world we knew has ceased to exist today. The Nazis decided to take a desperate step, bombing their homeland along with the territory occupied for 20 years by Poland.

We believe that the vast majority of soldiers on both front lines are dead. We cannot determine the extent of the damage or predict what the Third Reich's next step will be. We have seen that the enemy is ready to push humanity to the brink of no return. The messages coming to us from the continent paint a terrible picture.

We pray for our soldiers killed in the fight against evil. We pray for the Poles, who suffered enough under the yoke of Nazi terror, being persecuted and destroyed for more than two decades. We pray for the survivors: may they have the strength to live on and prove that life can defeat death even in a barren radioactive desert. We do not know what tomorrow will bring us, but we must hope that humanity still has a chance. We promise that we will remain in office until the very end, serving the truth and our ideals. May the Lord take care of all of us."

According to the Steam page, the game will offer English voice acting and Russian localization in the form of subtitles.
