At the time of publication of the material, Disintegration received a total of 36 reviews with an average rating of 63% (PC) and 64% (PS4). Version for Xbox One only two publications have been evaluated so far, so it does not have a final score.

The authors of the reviews praise the idea (the gameplay is at the junction of strategy and shooter genres), but scold its implementation. The same is with multiplayer: many people liked the online battles, but the set of modes in the game is not striking in variety.

employee The games machine gave the project the maximum (89%) score among all critics: "Disintegration is incredibly balanced for a first attempt at a new genre and well polished. The atmosphere is great, the story is good, although the character development and dialogue is terrible. Luckily, the game itself is amazingly good."

Journalist Destructoid was less generous (65%), but noted the potential inherent in the game: "Disintegration is extremely ambitious and I think the combination of free and paid DLC can mitigate some of its shortcomings."

Hope for the series was seen in USGamer (50%): "Disintegration didn't turn out to be the next great sci-fi franchise (as if we needed another one), but hopefully it will be the first step for V1 to create something original and unique in the future."

Author GamesRadar along with two others, it was marked by the lowest of the available ratings for the game (40%): “An unsuccessful combination of superficial strategy and a weak shooter. Disintegration is hard to recommend to fans of any of these genres."

Disintegration takes place in the world of the near future, when humanity is on the verge of extinction. In the game, you need to simultaneously control a flying jetbike (maneuver, shoot) and give commands to your fighters on the ground.

Disintegration will be available for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 16th. For pre-ordering, users will receive a set of cosmetic items - skins, emotes, a medal and an animated flag.
