PowerColor has prepared a new version of the Radeon RX 5600 XT video card, which is intended primarily for compact gaming systems. The new product is simply called Radeon RX 5600 XT ITX, and it is distinguished by its small dimensions, allowing it to be installed in Mini-ITX form factor systems.
The exact dimensions of the new graphics accelerator are not specified at the moment, since it has not yet appeared on the manufacturer’s website. Nevertheless, the PowerColor range includes the Radeon RX 5700 XT ITX video card, the dimensions of which are 175 × 110 × 40 mm. The new video card looks exactly the same, which means its dimensions are similar.
The Radeon RX 5600 XT ITX graphics card is built on the Navi 10 GPU, which has 2304 active stream processors. The manufacturer also took care of factory overclocking: the average GPU frequency in games will be 1560 MHz (the reference model has 1375 MHz), and the maximum peak frequency will reach 1620 instead of 1560 MHz. The 6 GB GDDR6 video memory runs here at a standard 1750 MHz (14 Gbps).
The new compact video card is equipped with one additional power connector with eight pins. A cooling system with four heat pipes, an aluminum radiator and one fan is responsible for heat dissipation in the Radeon RX 5600 XT ITX. On the rear panel of connectors there are two DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.0b.
The PowerColor Radeon RX 5600 XT ITX is already available for pre-order in the UK at a price of £300, which is approximately $370 or 27 rubles. Note that other Radeon RX 700 XT models in this store can be found starting at £5600.
