This chipset can rightly be considered the first significant platform update for Wear OS devices since its debut in 2014. Unlike previous processors based on Cortex-A7 cores, the new chip contains Cortex-A53 cores, which promises major improvements.

Now Mobvoi has introduced the first device based on the latest platform. They became the TicWatch Pro 3 smart watch. The device has become noticeably lighter and thinner than its predecessors, which is directly related to the much higher energy efficiency of the new platform. The watch is 12,2 mm thick and weighs 42 g. The device is equipped with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The battery capacity is 577 mAh. The display uses a round 1,4-inch AMOLED matrix.

The new watch has typical functionality for this class of devices and boasts a blood oxygen level sensor. The manufacturer claims that the watch can work 72 hours without recharging. The cost of the device is $300.
