Huawei's Honor brand has unveiled the Vision TV, the company's first smart TVs. They have a 55-inch 4K screen with HDR support, and the display takes up 94% of the front edge thanks to very thin bezels. It is based on a 4-core single-chip Honghu 818 system, and TVs running the latest and ambitious HarmonyOS platform, with which the company is going to compete with Android in the future.

Vision TV supports multi-device interaction and Magic-link control, which makes it easy to share content, such as transferring images from a phone or displaying a smartphone screen.

A curious feature is the retractable camera in the Vision TV Pro variant - it can intelligently track the user's face when needed, smoothly switch between large and small screen for 1080p video calls, no matter how far the person has moved away from the screen. There are as many as 6 microphones for efficient operation of the voice assistant even at a great distance. Vision TV Pro also includes built-in audio speakers with a total output of 60W (6 Γ— 10W) ​​with Huawei Histen sound effects designed to enhance the user's immersion, and supports automatic volume control.

TVs are capable of waking up from standby in as little as 1 second and can boot up in 2 seconds. At the thinnest part, the thickness of the metal case is only 6,9 mm. Vision TV offers dynamic intros and a minimalistic user interface design. They are equipped with a Bluetooth remote control, and a smartphone can also act as this.
