The most significant change can be considered the appearance of a new OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) page at the stage of initial setup of the operating system. With its help, users will be able to implement a more flexible configuration of the software platform in accordance with their own needs and preferences.

It's worth noting that this tool is still under development, so different variations of the OOBE page may be available to insiders. The new feature is available to a limited number of Insiders in the Dev channel, but will be available to all program members at a later date.

Even in the new build of Windows 10, it became possible to change the file association for each user or device. This tool will allow administrators of corporate networks to apply the appropriate file association settings to existing user profiles, as well as to accounts in deployed operating systems. The new feature will make it easier to configure the interaction of certain applications with different types of files.

In addition, Meet Now, a taskbar-integrated quick video conferencing tool, is now available to all Insiders on the Dev channel. Some test participants now have access to information about the video card used in the "About the system" section. Another new build of Windows 10 received a large number of less noticeable fixes and improvements, check out complete list which can be found on the developers blog.
