Razer has unveiled the Star Wars Stormtrooper series of computer input devices and accessories, designed specifically for fans of the iconic Star Wars sci-fi saga.
The novelties are addressed to adherents of the Dark Side. Products received the appropriate thematic design in black and white.
In particular, the Razer BlackWidow Lite Stormtrooper Edition keyboard debuted. It is equipped with silent Razer Orange mechanical switches, rated for 80 million operations. Buttons are individually illuminated. Connection to the computer is carried out through the USB port; the polling frequency reaches 1000 Hz. The keyboard has a compact design: there is no block of numeric buttons on the right side. 10-Key Rollover Anti-Ghosting feature mentioned.
Another novelty is the Razer Atheris Stormtrooper Edition mouse with wireless connection via Bluetooth or using 2,4 GHz band communication. The manipulator has an optical sensor with a resolution of 7200 DPI (dots per inch). Claimed battery life on two AA batteries reaches 350 hours. Five programmable buttons are provided. Thanks to the symmetrical design, the device is suitable for both right-handers and left-handers. Polling frequency - up to 1000 Hz.
Finally, the Goliathus Extended Stormtrooper Edition mouse pad has been announced. It stands out for its large size - 920 Γ 294 mm with a thickness of 3 mm. The pad is claimed to be suitable for mice with any type of sensor.
Sales of new products have already begun. The Star Wars Stormtrooper Edition keyboard, mouse, and mousepad are priced at $100, $60, and $35, respectively.
