The Ruby project moved from Subversion to Git

Developers of the Ruby programming language announced the about migrating the main repository from the centralized version control system Subversion to a distributed source control system Go. The development of the new stable branch ruby_2_7 and the trunk branch have been moved to Git, but the maintenance of the ruby_2_4, ruby_2_5 and ruby_2_6 branches has been left in SVN.
