LG HU70L projector: 4K/UHD and HDR10 support

On the eve of IFA 2019, LG Electronics (LG) announced the HU70L projector for use in home theater systems in the European market.

The novelty allows you to form an image ranging in size from 60 to 140 inches diagonally. 4K/UHD format is supported: picture resolution is 3840 × 2160 pixels.

The device is said to support HDR10. The brightness reaches 1500 ANSI lumens, the contrast ratio is 150:000. Provides 1 percent coverage of the DCI-P92 color space.

The projector is equipped with 3W stereo speakers. HDMI 2.0, USB Type-C and USB Type-A interfaces are provided. Dimensions are 314 × 210 × 95 mm, weight - 3,2 kg.

The novelty uses the webOS 4.5 software platform. The declared service life reaches 30 hours. It can be controlled using the Magic Remote.
