Razer equips Blade laptops with NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 graphics accelerator

Razer has announced the new Blade 15 and Blade Pro 17 laptops designed for professional users.

Laptops are equipped with a display size of 15,6 inches and 17,3 inches respectively. In both cases, a 4K format panel with a resolution of 3840 Γ— 2160 pixels is used. The older model is characterized by a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Portable computers received a professional-level graphics accelerator NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000. This solution carries 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on board.

The Blade 15 laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i7-9750H processor. This Coffee Lake generation chip contains six processing cores with the ability to process up to twelve instruction streams simultaneously. The nominal clock frequency is 2,6 GHz, the maximum is 4,5 GHz.

The Blade Pro 17 laptop, in turn, received a Core i9-9880H chip. This product combines eight cores with the ability to process up to sixteen instruction streams. The clock frequency varies from 2,3 GHz to 4,8 GHz.

The laptops come with 32GB of RAM and a fast 1TB NVMe SSD.

The equipment includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, HDMI 2.0b and Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) interfaces, a webcam, etc. The operating system is Microsoft Windows 10.
