The developers of Rogue Legacy hinted at the second part

The image released by the developers shows the iconic sword from the first game with a large number 2 on top. The concept art is accompanied by the hashtag #April2nd (April 2).

Despite the fact that the tweet was published on the 2nd, Moscow time, April Fool’s Day was still going on in some regions at that moment, and therefore the teaser raised certain doubts among players.

The developers are in no hurry to clarify what is happening. Instead, the authors of Rogue Legacy they answer jokingly to fans' questions about the real purpose of the image and feign ignorance.

The teaser for the sequel to Rogue Legacy itself doesn't look much like a joke, but the same could be said about screenshots DuckTales QuackShots, which ended up being April Fool's Day Prank.

As for Rogue Legacy, it was released on PC back in 2013, and subsequently reached PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita (2014), Xbox One (2015), Nintendo Switch (2018) and iOS devices (2019).

Rogue Legacy is a fantasy action platformer with elements of the roguelike genre. After the death of a character, control passes to one of his descendants with a unique feature (color blindness, dwarfism, etc.).
