Redmi brand CEO Lu Weibing continues to share information about the flagship smartphone, which will be based on the powerful Snapdragon 855 processor.
Earlier, Mr. Weibing said that the new product will support NFC technology and a 3,5 mm headphone jack. At the back of the body there will be a triple camera, which will include a 48-megapixel sensor.
As the head of Redmi has now stated, the flagship smartphone will be optimized for games. In addition, improvements related to battery charging are mentioned. By the way, the capacity of the latter will supposedly be 4000 mAh.
According to available data, the device will be equipped with a 6,39-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340 Γ 1080 pixels. A fingerprint scanner will be located directly in the screen area.
It also became known that the new product could enter the market in four versions: with 6 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 64 GB and 128 GB, as well as with 8 GB of RAM and a flash module with a capacity of 128 GB and 256 GB.
Finally, it is said that the flagship smartphone will have a less expensive brother with similar technical characteristics, but with a Snapdragon 730 processor. An announcement is expected in the near future.
