Functions that accept regular expressions as arguments now support case sensitive flags
The TEXT() function now supports passing an empty string as the second argument for interoperability with other implementations. If the first argument is a number or a text string that can be converted to a number, then the empty string is returned. If the first argument is a text string that cannot be converted to a number, that text string is returned. In previous releases, an empty format string always resulted in Err:502 (Invalid Argument)
In the OFFSET() function, the optional 4th parameter (Width) and 5th parameter (Height) must now be greater than 0 if given, otherwise the result will be Err:502 (Invalid argument). In previous releases, a negative argument value was automatically mistaken for the value 1.
Optimizations have been made to improve performance when filling cells with rows, when working with autofilter, when opening XLSX files with a large number of images
The Alt+= keyboard shortcut is assigned to the SUM function by default, similar to Excel

Most of the built-in presentation templates for Impress have been redesigned to 16:9 slide format instead of 4:3. Many templates received style support
The Navigator in Writer has received many improvements:
- Categories with no items are now greyed out
- All categories received new context menu items for quick transition to an element, editing, renaming, deleting
- Headings can be moved around the structure using the context menu
- Added a mechanism for tracking the current position of the cursor in the document with the selection of the corresponding heading in the Navigator
- The navigation bar has been replaced with a dropdown list
- Added a tooltip with the number of characters in the text under the corresponding heading

Help won't display properly in IE11 (and never has, but it's now official)
Added several new pages dedicated to Basic
Help pages now highlight titles in color depending on which module the help is from

Improved EML+ file import filter
Saving to DOCX format is now performed in version 2013/2016/2019 instead of the previously used 2007. This will improve compatibility with MS Word
Fixed several bugs when importing/exporting to XLSX and PPTX formats

Added new Sukapura icon theme. It will be used by default for the macOS version of the package. But you can select it in the Options dialog on your own and on any other OS
