A new version of MX Linux 18.3 has been released, a Debian-based distribution that aims to combine elegant and efficient graphical shells with simple configuration, high stability, high performance.
List of changes:
- Applications have been updated, the package database has been synchronized with Debian 9.9.
- The Linux kernel has been updated to version 4.19.37-2 with patches to protect against the zombieload vulnerability (linux-image-4.9.0-5 from Debian is also available, can be selected in MX-PackageInstallerβPopular Apps).
- All features related to working in LiveUSB mode have been transferred from antiX.
- The mx-installer installer has been redesigned.
- User manual updated.
- Translation corrected.
