Release of IceWM 3.0.0 window manager with tab support

The lightweight window manager IceWM 3.0.0 is now available. IceWM provides full control through keyboard shortcuts, the ability to use virtual desktops, the taskbar and application menus. The window manager is configured through a fairly simple configuration file, it is possible to use themes. Built-in applets are available for monitoring CPU, memory, traffic. Separately, several third-party GUIs for customization, desktop implementations, and menu editors are being developed. The code is written in C++ and distributed under the GPLv2 license.

The significant change in the version number is a natural continuation of the version numbering used in the project (after the release of 2.9.9, 3.0.0 was formed). However, the 3.0 branch also introduced a significant innovation - the ability to switch between windows using tabs. A window in IceWM can now include multiple client windows, which can be switched between using tabs. To merge windows and form a tab, it is enough to drag the title of one window onto the title of another window using the middle mouse button while holding down the Shift key. You can use Alt+F6 and Alt+Shift+Esc to navigate tabs using the keyboard. Tabs also appear in the window's submenu.
