The release of Skull & Bones from Ubisoft is again postponed indefinitely

Ubisoft's pirate action-adventure Skull & Bones still can't see the light of day. His announced at E3 2017 and planned to release before the end of 2018. Then it postponed through fiscal year 2019. And this week it became known that the development will have to spend even more time.

β€œWe need to batten down the hatches and reschedule the release of the game. This is not an easy decision for us, but otherwise it will not work to make the best version of Skull & Bones among all possible, ”such a message was left in the official twitter project. The developers thanked the fans for their patience and support, adding that the quality of the final version remains a priority for them.

Attached to the same entry is a video in which lead game designer Karl Luhe reaffirms the delay and clarifies that the project will not be brought to E3 this year. β€œRest assured, we are still working hard,” he added.

The exact release date (or at least a year) is not specified. When the Skull & Bones port was last announced, the game was scheduled to be released between April 2019 and March 2020. Apparently, it is not worth waiting for it before April next year.
