Release of Superpaper - a wallpaper manager for multi-monitor configurations

The Superpaper program has been released - a tool for fine-tuning wallpaper in multi-monitor systems under Linux (but also works in Windows). It was written in Python specifically for this task, after developer Henri HΓ€nninen stated that he could not find anything similar.

Wallpaper managers are not very common, because. most people only use one monitor. However, the program has a number of useful features and settings.

Examples of such possibilities:

  • Stretching one image to all displays.
  • Set up a separate image for each display.
  • Using a slideshow from the selected source.
  • Graphical and console interface.
  • Minimize to tray.
  • Hotkey support.

As well as advanced features:

  • PPI correction.
  • Bezel correction.
  • Support for manual pixel shift.
  • Alignment testing tool.

The program supports many DEs such as: Budgie, Cinnamon, Gnome, i3, KDE, LXDE, Mate, Pantheon, SPWM, XFCE.

The Superpaper binary includes all dependencies and is 101 mb in size. You can also use a script, but then you will have to resolve all dependencies yourself.
