Release of terminal file manager nΒ³ v3.2

nnn (or nΒ³) is a full featured terminal file manager. He very fast, small and requires little or no setup.

nnn can analyze disk usage, rename en masse, launch applications, and select files. The repo has tons of plugins and documentation to further expand the possibilities, like previewing, mounting disks, searching, diffing for files/directories, downloading files. There is an independent (neo)vim plugin.

It runs on Raspberry Pi, Termux (Android), Linux, macOS, BSD, Haiku, Cygwin, WSL, DE terminal emulators and virtual console.

This release brings one of the most requested features today - live preview. Relevant wiki page contains details on implementation and usage.

Also in release:

  • Find & list will allow you to search with your favorite subtree search utility (find/fd/grep/ripgrep/fzf) of nnn and list the results in nnn to work with.

  • Session saving - ensures that you always start where you left nnn.

  • Improved plugin system. The interface for interaction between plugins and nnn is defined.
