Ventoy is an open source tool for creating a bootable USB drive for ISO files. With it, you don't need to format the drive again and again, you just need to copy the iso file to a USB drive and load it. You can copy several iso files and select the one you need from the boot menu. Both Legacy BIOS and UEFI modes are supported. 260+ ISO files tested (list).
