The project description says: β€œAfter wandering around the prehistoric world, it’s time to settle down and build a village where the next generations can spend. Join friends to learn technology, cultivate plantations, harvest crops, make new friends, tame animals, and build a thriving Stone Age community. Find your love, build relationships, develop a clan, and then celebrate and honor nature with great festivals."

In Roots of Pacha, users need to explore the world and engage in a wide variety of activities, from growing crops to fishing and mining in deep caves. To simplify their life, players must study technology and create all sorts of tools. The key goal will be to build a village and develop your own clan, in which you can invite other inhabitants of the world.

Judging by the page on Steam, the Soda Den studio implements in Roots of Pacha both a single mode and an online co-op for up to four people. Users will be allowed to invite three friends to their village to mine resources together, celebrate festivals, compete in speed fishing, and so on.
