Previously, as TASS notes, it was assumed that 2019 launches would be carried out in 45. This takes into account both launches of space rockets and test launches of ballistic missiles.

However, now it is said that by the end of this year it will be possible to carry out about 40 starts. “There will definitely not be 45, because we have three devices “left” for next year. These are not our devices, but the devices of our foreign partners. They didn't have time to make them. They are “leaving” for 2020,” Mr. Rogozin said at a meeting with students of the Baltic State Technical University “Voenmekh” named after. D. F. Ustinov in St. Petersburg.

It is emphasized that the indicated figures also take into account combat launches. To date, 18 such launches have been carried out.

Meanwhile, on September 25, the launch of the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-15 manned spacecraft should take place under the International Space Station (ISS) program. Another long-term expedition will go into orbit. The main crew includes cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka, astronaut Jessica Meir and space flight participant from the UAE Hazzaa Al Mansouri. Their backups are cosmonaut Sergei Ryzhikov, astronaut Thomas Marshburn and space flight participant Sultan Al Neyadi.
