The ZALA Aero company, part of the Kalashnikov concern of the Rostec state corporation, presented AIVI (Artificial Intelligence Visual Identification) technology for unmanned aerial vehicles.
The developed system is based on artificial intelligence (AI). The platform allows drones to detect and recognize objects in real time with full coverage of the lower hemisphere.
The system uses modular cameras and artificial intelligence to fully analyze the underlying surface of the aircraft. This allows you to increase the monitoring area by 60 times in one flight and reduce the time for detecting objects compared to existing methods.
The AIVI platform also provides a number of other functions. For example, it makes it possible to receive a complex video image from multiple cameras simultaneously with a viewing angle of 360 degrees.
The system is capable of detecting and recognizing hidden objects even in dense vegetation, as well as simultaneously recognizing and classifying more than 1000 static and moving objects. Finally, it is possible to generate orthophotos with a resolution of up to 100 million pixels.
βThe AIVI system has no analogues in the world and is necessary where every second is valuable, which can save more than one human life,β says ZALA Aero.
