Rostelecom announced that, together with the digital educational platform Dnevnik.ru, a new structure was formed - RTK-Dnevnik LLC.
The joint venture will help in the digitalization of education. We are talking about the introduction of advanced digital technologies in Russian schools and the deployment of new generation integrated services.
The authorized capital of the formed structure is distributed among the partners in equal shares. At the same time, Dnevnik.ru contributes existing technological solutions, competencies and expertise to the joint venture.
The complex digital services for Russian schools will be based on the Dnevnik.ru platform, which combines the means of keeping electronic diaries and journals, online enrollment in school, comprehensive monitoring of academic performance and assessing the quality of education.
We add that earlier Rostelecom agreement on cooperation in the field of digital school education with Mail.ru Group. The parties will develop information products designed to modernize the educational process in Russian schools.
