The complex is fully built on domestic equipment and software. All programs included in it are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software under the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, and the hardware is included in the Unified Register of Russian Radio Electronic Products under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The hardware part of the complex is implemented on the basis of the microprocessor of the company MCST "Elbrus-8C".
The operating system chosen was Alt Server, a domestic solution based on the Linux kernel.
The DBMS used is the Postgres Pro DBMS, developed by Postgres Professional on the basis of the free PostgreSQL DBMS.
AIS MFC "Delo" developed by EOS ("Electronic Office Systems") is an automated information system designed for information support of the MFC.
MFCs in Russia are engaged in the provision of state and municipal services on the principle of "one stop" after a single request from the applicant with a relevant request. By 2019, the MFC network consisted of 13 thousand offices. It employs over 70 thousand specialists.
