The AliExpress platform, according to RBC, has launched an unconditional return service for purchases from China in Russia: from now on, users in our country will be able to return the purchased goods without giving reasons.
Until now, Russian buyers could return the goods purchased on AliExpress only in case of a clear discrepancy with the declared characteristics. To do this, it was necessary to justify the refusal, and the return shipment of the goods to the seller was paid by the user.
The new system greatly simplifies the return process. Now it is not required to explain the reasons for refusal, and the service itself is free for the consumer. You can return the goods through the Russian Post within two weeks from the date of receipt. The money will be returned to the buyer after the goods are delivered to the AliExpress warehouse.
It is noted that at first the service will cover more than 10 million of the most popular products, and then spread to the entire range of AliExpress. Exceptions are underwear, tailored wedding dresses, smartphones and electronic components for gadgets.
The service is expected to help AliExpress attract new buyers. In addition, the system should encourage the growth of sales of expensive products and goods in certain categories, in particular, "clothes and shoes."
