Circle Entertainment and Studio Something Classic Games have announced that the classic RPG Shadows of Adam will be released on the Nintendo Switch on May 3rd. Nintendo eShop pre-orders will open on April 26 and will offer a 10% discount until the project's release.
Shadows of Adam was released on PC in February 2017. The Nintendo Switch version will include the base game as well as the Guild of the Artificers expansion. The plot of the project revolves around four characters: Azrael, Kellan, Curtis and Talon. The combat system is based on the automatic recovery of action points between each round of battle and when defeating enemies, and encourages the use of skills and fast combat.
As the description says, Adam's village was hidden from the outside world by an impenetrable haze of misty forests. The people have lived in peace since the Refwarts, and the dark magic that fueled the strife has disappeared. But evil is coming again, and the legendary hero Adam Orazio is not around - ten years ago he left the village without explanation, leaving his son and adopted daughter. Now the grown children must stop the darkness themselves, as well as find out why Adam left, and find him.
