The trailer is beautiful and aims to show what exclusive content Apple will be offering to subscribers. Created by the author of Battlestar Galactica and the producer of Star Trek, the project explores the space race between the United States and the USSR in the 1960s and 1970s, but with one sci-fi twist. According to Moore, the series is based on the question, "What would happen if the world space race never ended?" In the trailer, the Americans anxiously watch how the Soviet flag is the first to be hoisted on a natural satellite of the Earth, accompanied by disturbing music.
