From the beginning of 2024, 160 government and other organizations will be connected to the all-Russian system for countering DDoS attacks

Russia has launched testing of a system for countering DDoS attacks based on TSPU, and from the beginning of 2024, 160 organizations should connect to this system. The creation of the system began this summer, when Roskomnadzor announced a tender for its development worth 1,4 billion rubles. In particular, it was necessary to refine the TSPU software, create a coordination center for protection against DDoS attacks, supply equipment and transfer the right to use the corresponding software. The list of organizations that will need to be connected to the system is determined jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development, FSTEC of Russia and other interested departments. Roskomnadzor told Kommersant that government organizations, companies in the financial and transport sectors, energy, media and telecom operators are connecting to the system.
