The South Korean company Samsung has published a series of teaser images indicating the preparation of a mysterious product.
The project was called Neon. This is a development by specialists from Samsung Technology & Advanced Research Labs (Star Labs).
To date, almost nothing is known about the Neon product. It is only reported that the project is associated with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, which are currently rapidly gaining popularity.
A domain name has already been registered as part of the Neon project . In addition, thematic teasers were published on social networks Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
It is reported that Samsung will reveal information about the project at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2020, which will be held in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA) from January 7 to 10.
It should be noted that Samsung pays great attention to artificial intelligence technologies. The company has already opened a number of centers for research in the field of AI, including in Moscow. Specialists work in areas such as computer vision, basic algorithms for artificial intelligence platforms, etc.
Today, the company operates seven Samsung Artificial Intelligence Centers: in Seoul, Silicon Valley, New York, Cambridge, Moscow, Toronto and Montreal.
