The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released information about a new low-cost Samsung smartphone, a device that is expected to enter the commercial market under the name Galaxy M01s.
The device appears under the code designation SM-M017F/DS. The basis of the model, according to rumors, will be the MediaTek Helio P22 processor. This product combines eight ARM Cortex-A53 processing cores with a clock speed of up to 2,0 GHz, an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator and an LTE cellular modem.
It is known that the equipment of the device will include 3 GB of RAM and a Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n adapter with support for the 2,4 GHz frequency band. The price of the smartphone, most likely, will be at the level of 100 US dollars.
In addition, the Galaxy Watch 3 "smart" wristwatch has been certified in BIS, which indicates their upcoming announcement. The gadget will be released in 41 and 45 mm versions. Both will get 1GB of RAM, 8GB flash storage, and optional 4G/LTE support in addition to Wi-Fi.
The watch will be made in accordance with MIL-STD-810G and IP68 standards, which means increased durability, protection against moisture and dust. Sensors, among other things, will allow you to measure the level of blood pressure and record an electrocardiogram.
