The device appears under the code designations SM-P200 and SM-P205. The first version will receive only Wi-Fi support, the second one will also support 4G/LTE. The novelty will presumably debut on the commercial market under the name Galaxy Tab A Plus 2019 or Galaxy Tab A with S Pen 8.0 2019.

The tablet will receive an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels. We are talking about the possibility of control using the S Pen.

The basis will be the proprietary Exynos 7885 processor with eight cores with a clock speed of up to 2,2 GHz and a Mali-G71 MP2 graphics accelerator. The amount of RAM is 3 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 32 GB (plus a microSD card).

The equipment includes Wi-Fi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, a GPS / GLONASS receiver, stereo speakers, cameras with 5 million (front) and 8 million (rear) pixels, USB Type-C port. The rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4200 mAh will provide up to 10 hours of battery life. Case thickness - 8,9 mm, weight - 325 grams.

The announcement of the Galaxy Tab A Plus 2019 tablet is expected in the near future.
