It is reported that the product will be manufactured using 8-nanometer technology. The novelty will replace the Exynos 9610 mobile processor (10-nanometer manufacturing technology), which was introduced last year.

The Exynos 9710 architecture provides for eight processing cores. These are four ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2,1 GHz and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 1,7 GHz.

The basis of the graphics subsystem will be the integrated controller Mali-G76 MP8, operating at a frequency of up to 650 MHz. Other technical characteristics of the projected chip have not yet been disclosed.
