OKB Aerospace Systems has released an environment for computer-aided design of electrical and hydraulic systems, which is adapted to work in Astra Linux Special Edition without any layers of emulation and virtualization.
Provided:
- full compliance with the requirements of the Unified System for Design Documentation, industry and enterprise standards;
- automatic generation of lists of elements and design documentation for bundles and pipelines;
- use of a single data model and synchronization of data throughout the project;
- support for a full multiplayer online mode;
- harness data export to external 3D CAD and import of tracing and harness layout results from 3D CAD;
- integration of engineering workstations with PLM/PDM systems, ECAD systems and CAD/CAM/CAE systems;
- compliance with increased security requirements.
The program is written in C++ using the FSTEC-certified PostgreSQL DBMS and a proprietary graphics core with a high speed of drawing objects.
The work of CAD was tested in OKB Aerospace Systems JSC, Promtech-Dubna JSC and Promtech-Ulyanovsk JSC. According to the test results, the efficiency of the designers increased by 30-70 percent.
