As Interfax found out, last year Sberbank of Russia, through Digital Assets LLC, became the owner of the new company SberDevices LLC, registered in October 2019.
The main activity of the new company is the "manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment." Also, its charter provides for the right to engage in such activities as the production of household appliances and household appliances, trade in computers, software development.
Maksim Malezhin, who previously held the post of Executive Director of the Technologies Block of the Technology Development Strategy Department of Sberbank, has been appointed CEO of SberDevices LLC.
The press service of the credit institution did not comment on information about SberDevices LLC and its specialization.
