All citizens who have installed a "security certificate" can remove it - it is no longer necessary to use it.
However, the need to install it again may arise "in cases of strengthening the digital border of the state within the framework of a special regulation."
Three weeks ago, residents of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan messages started coming in about the need to install a state βsecurity certificateβ, which was used, among other things, to intercept (MITM) and analyze encrypted (HTTPS) traffic.
