Sharp Corporation has officially unveiled the Aquos V mid-range smartphone, which will also be offered in the European market.
The device, the first information about which appeared in September, is equipped with a Snapdragon 835 processor, which was used in top-level smartphones in 2017. The chip integrates eight Kryo 280 computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2,45 GHz and an Adreno 540 graphics accelerator.
The device has 4 GB of RAM, a 64 GB flash drive, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless adapters, a GPS/GLONASS/Galileo satellite navigation system receiver /BeiDou, USB Type-C port and 3,5mm headphone jack.
The Aquos V comes with a 5,93-inch FHD+ (2160 x 1080) IPS display. The front 8-megapixel camera is located on a fairly wide frame above the screen.
A fingerprint scanner and a dual camera with a pair of 13-megapixel sensors, optical image stabilization, phase detection autofocus and LED flash are installed in the back of the case.
The smartphone is powered by a 3090 mAh battery. Dimensions are 157 Γ 76 Γ 9 mm, weight - 173 g. Operating system Androie 9.0 Pie. Estimated price is $230.
