In October 2019, the third-person shooter "Caliber" entered the public beta phase. Since then, the audience of the Wargaming and 1C Game Studios project has already exceeded 1 million players. And now the developers have announced the launch of the largest update 0.5.0 since the start of the beta test.

Not only was a whole detachment of British special forces soldiers and a new map added to the game, but they also combined all the new elements thematically, launching the episode "Risk is a noble cause!". The developers plan to continue to develop in this direction and delight the audience with interesting game events.

Thematic episode "Risk is a noble cause!" named after the slogan of the British Special Forces and task force Task Force Black. The ranks of Caliber were replenished with the daredevil Sterling (stormtrooper), the righteous warrior Bishop (support fighter), the fearless Watson (of course, a medic) and the powerful Archer (sniper).

From March 25 to April 22, all players automatically become participants in the episode. Passing levels, users will receive additional rewards for battles: game currency, free experience, emblems, unique camouflages, emotions and animations. Players are waiting for PvE and PvP missions on the new Amal Harbor map. This is the western port of Karkhad, which the Taurus fighters use as their base and testing ground for new chemical weapons. For the first time, opponents with chemical weapons will meet here - a light single-shot 40-mm M79 grenade launcher with gas shots.

As part of update 0.5.0, a balance was also made for all operators presented in the game. The changes were made based on statistics data, and their goal is to adjust the effectiveness of the characters and make the game more balanced.
