Quidditch sim Broomstick League coming to PS4 and Xbox One

Blue Isle Publishing and Virtual Basement, Code Headquarters and Blue Isle Studios have announced that Broomstick League, a "fast-paced aerial-sports online game," will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One along with PC.

Broomstick League looks like an unofficial clone of Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup, released in 2003 on GameCube, PlayStation 2, PC, Xbox and Game Boy Advance. The project is a sports competition of players on flying broomsticks and with a magic wand in their hand. The main task of the match (in the formats "1 on 1", "2 on 2" and "3 on 3"): to capture the ball, bypass opponents and score a goal.

To play effectively in Broomstick League, gamers will have to hone their broom skills, use magic, and also make feints. Spells can knock the ball out of the hands of the enemy, protect the gate and score goals. In addition, the game is available to customize the appearance of the character, including collectible brooms, sticks and accessories.
