From 2017 to 2018 inclusive, investments in C2F amounted to 950 billion South Korean won ($790 million). The company does not disclose the capacity of the completed lines and does not specify when it intends to bring the remaining areas into operation. The C2F complex is designed as a single building with sides of 316 Γ 180 meters and a height of 51 meters on an area of ββ58 m000. The C2 Fab building is similar in size. It is estimated, but not known for certain, that the C2 plant can process up to 2 130 mm wafers per month.
