To begin with, let's look at the salaries of developers of different qualifications in general.
Starting with an intern with a median salary of 30 rubles, the salary of each next qualification grows as follows: junior - by 000 times (1,7 rubles), middle - by 50 (000 rubles), senior - by 1,8 .90 (000 rubles), lead - 1,7 times (150 rubles).
In general, the salary of a lead in development is 3,4 times more than the salary of a junior.
Now let's look at the salaries of developers of different qualifications in each language separately:

There is one exception - Kotlin. Here the jump from June to Middle is very different from other languages ββand is 2,4 times.
It is interesting to compare the maximum career step in each language.
As we saw at the beginning, on average, the salary of the most senior qualification - a lead - is 3,6 times higher than the salary of the youngest - a junior. If we look at each language separately, we will see that the biggest gap between these qualifications is for Kotlin developers, it is 4,6 times. And the smallest one - for Ruby on Rails developers - 2,4 times. For the latter, this is obviously due to one of the highest salaries of juniors, compared to other languages.

Now let's see how the median salaries for all qualifications have changed over the past two years.
We see that in all qualifications there was a gradual increase in salaries. Only top developers had a slight decline during this time, after which growth resumed.
Over the past two years, the biggest jump in median wages for juniors is 25%, followed by interns, middles and seniors with a margin of 2% from each other. Leadsβ salaries changed the least β by only 9%.
