According to him, the release of Diablo II Resurrected will take place in the fourth quarter of 2020 to please fans of the series, since Diablo IV will not be released soon. Plans may change due to the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic.
Diablo II Resurrected is being developed by Vicarious Visions. She helped Bungie move on PC, released on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, and is also responsible for Skylanders releases for various platforms.
Perhaps the announcement of Diablo II Resurrected will take place as part of the summer festival Summer Game Fest 2020 or November BlizzCon 2020.
According to ActuGaming, Blizzard Entertainment is also busy developing (not counting Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV) the next two World of Warcraft expansions, in addition to the upcoming Shadowlands; three mobile games. It is not known whether Diablo Immortal is one of them and for what franchises these projects are.
