According to AestheticGamer, a new game in the Dino Crisis universe (either a remake or a full-fledged release, it is not specified) has been in development for the past few years, but was eventually canceled: “At the moment, the franchise is still extinct.”

At the same time, AestheticGamer reported that Capcom is not currently working on a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica. The updated version is "not currently in production, not even in pre-production."
