Huawei Mate 20 X 5G Smartphone Passes Certification in China

Chinese telecom operators continue to work aimed at deploying fifth-generation (5G) commercial networks within the country. One of the devices that supports 5G networks will be the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G smartphone, which may soon appear on the market. This statement is supported by the fact that the device has passed the mandatory 3C certification.

It is still unclear when the gadget in question may go on sale. Earlier, representatives of China Unicom said that the Mate 20 X5 G smartphone would cost 12 yuan, which in US currency is approximately $800. However, Huawei representatives hint that a device with 1880G support will cost less in the Chinese market.

From the name of the device, you can guess that the smartphone is one of the versions of the Mate 20 X, which went on sale last fall. The gadget in question has retained many of the parameters of the original device. There are also some changes. For example, the original smartphone is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, while the Mate 20 X 5G device received a 4200 mAh battery. In addition, the smartphone supports 40-watt charging, while the charging power of the original smartphone is 22,5 W. To interact with the device, you can use a special M-Pen stylus, which recognizes 4096 degrees of pressure and is sold separately.
