Huawei has announced the P30 Lite New Edition smartphone, an improved version of the P30 Lite model, which back in March last year.
From its progenitor, the device inherited a 6,15-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2312 × 1080 pixels. Inside, the same silicon “heart” of Kirin 710 beats (four Cortex-A73 cores with a clock frequency of 2,2 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores with a frequency of 1,7 GHz).
The changes affected the memory subsystem. Thus, the capacity of the flash drive has increased from 128 GB to 256 GB, that is, it has doubled. The amount of RAM is now 6 GB, while the original model carries 4 GB of RAM on board.
A triple camera is installed at the back of the body: it combines a main 48-megapixel unit with a maximum aperture of f/1,8, a module with an 8-megapixel sensor and wide-angle optics, and a 2-megapixel unit. The display houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera in the waterdrop notch.
The P30 Lite New Edition includes Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac (2,4/5 GHz) and Bluetooth 4.2 BLE adapters, an NFC module, a rear fingerprint scanner, and a GPS/GLONASS receiver. Dimensions are 152,9 × 72,7 × 7,4 mm, weight - 159 g. Battery capacity - 3340 mAh.
The smartphone comes in four color options: Midnight Black, Pearl White, Peacock Blue and Breathing Crystal. The Android 9.0 operating system is used. Price: $390.
