Online sources have revealed the specs of Sony's new mid-range smartphone, which is expected to hit the commercial market as the Xperia 20.

The device is credited with the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor. This product includes eight Kryo 360 cores with a clock speed of up to 2,2 GHz, an Adreno 616 graphics accelerator and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engine, which is responsible for accelerating operations related to artificial intelligence.

The amount of RAM will be 4 GB or 6 GB (depending on the modification), the capacity of the flash drive is 64 GB or 128 GB.

The smartphone will allegedly be equipped with a Full HD + screen with a diagonal of 6 inches. The aspect ratio is 21:9. The front 8-megapixel camera will be located above the display - there is no cutout or hole near the screen.

The main camera will be made in the form of a dual unit with a pair of 12-megapixel sensors. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the case.

The dimensions of the novelty are also called - 158 Γ— 69 Γ— 8,1 mm. There is a 3,5mm headphone jack and a symmetrical USB Type-C port.

The announcement of the Sony Xperia 20 smartphone may take place during the IFA 2019 exhibition in Berlin.
