OPPO Reno 2Z and Reno 2F smartphones are equipped with a periscope camera

Besides smartphone Reno 2 with the Shark Fin camera, OPPO introduced the Reno 2Z and Reno 2F devices, which received a selfie module made in the form of a periscope.

Both new items are endowed with a Full HD + AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 Γ— 1080 pixels. Protection against damage is provided by durable Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

The front camera is endowed with a 16-megapixel sensor. A quad camera is installed at the back: it combines a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, an additional 8-megapixel sensor, and a pair of 2-megapixel units. The system of phase autofocusing is implemented.

The Reno 2Z version carries an eight-core MediaTek Helio P90 processor (up to 2,2 GHz) with an IMG PowerVR GM 9446 graphics accelerator. The Reno 2F modification has an eight-core MediaTek Helio P70 chip (up to 2,1 GHz) with an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 accelerator. The capacity of the flash drive is 256 GB and 128 GB, respectively.

Smartphones are endowed with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM. There are Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5 wireless adapters, a GPS / GLONASS receiver, a USB Type-C port, a 3,5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint scanner in the display area.

Dimensions are 162 Γ— 76 Γ— 9 mm, weight - 195 g. The battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh. Applied operating system ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 9.0 (Pie).
